At the center of any operation is a loving heart that keeps everything bound together. In the Toy Shop, this individual is Mrs. Claus.
She keeps a watchful eye on Santa. She makes sure all the elves are happy and fed, keeps the treats and hot chocolate at the ready while the elves are working, and provides TLC if anyone needs her special touch. You'll find her in the kitchen most all the time whipping up chocolate chip cookies, Snicker Doodles (Ginger's favorite), as well as a big pot of hot chocolate and special surprises.
She always hums a little tune as she works and has a gentle smile on her face.
